Manzanita Coffee

Manzanita is always in search of delicious beans to roast. Keeping their eyes open for small batches of quality coffee that represent the terroir of of the coffee, their goal is to let the taste of the beans shine through. We think that’s a great approach! We also like their focus on using efficient roasting and that they compost the coffee chaff into the soil of the vineyards where their roaster is located.
