Becoming a Partner

There are many ways that roasters choose to work with us—the choice is usually determined by volume.  

We source and decaffeinate coffee ourselves from many different origins that we are pleased to offer to our customers. Please see our Offerings list to get an idea of what we offer both in limited runs and year-round.  

Roasters often buy their green Swiss Water® decaf through their green coffee importer/broker.  If you’re not already connected to an importer that has what you’re looking for, please reach out to us directly and we can put you in contact. 

If you are interested in having coffee that you already own sent to us to be decaffeinated and returned, our minimum production quantity starts around 10,000 lbs, and increases by increments of 25 bags (based on a 60kg bag size.) You can read more about our tolling program here.  

We are happy to send samples of our coffees to professional (non-hobby/home) roasters. Please browse our wide selection of offerings and fill out the form pertaining to the coffee you’d like a sample of.

For Partners

We’d love that! To access and use our free digital resources, we first ask that you be signed up to our Partner Portal and have a Trademark Licensing Agreement (TMLA) on file. If you haven’t already completed these steps, they’re easy! 

  1. Register on our Partner Portal 
  2. Receive and sign the TMLA 
  3. Get our countersigned agreement back, and enjoy access to the Partner Portal and resources 

Once fully signed and registered (it takes just a few days for us to validate your purchasing chain), you’re welcome to unlimited access to all of our resources including digital logo files, stickers, brew guides, process info cards, and other materials free of charge.  

Then, to add our logo to your design, consult our Logo Usage Guidelines and send us your artwork for approval.  We’ll review it within two business days and, once approved, you’re ready to print!

Miscellaneous

We welcome visits from current working partners whenever we can logistically accommodate. To request a tour, simply fill out this form. 

Here at Swiss Water, we focus on the decaffeination of the raw green coffee bean, and our process does not currently allow for the recapture of caffeine for resale. In turn, we are not able to provide caffeine in this way.
