Becoming a Partner

There are many ways that roasters choose to work with us—the choice is usually determined by volume.  

We source and decaffeinate coffee ourselves from many different origins that we are pleased to offer to our customers. Please see our Offerings list to get an idea of what we offer both in limited runs and year-round.  

Roasters often buy their green Swiss Water® decaf through their green coffee importer/broker.  If you’re not already connected to an importer that has what you’re looking for, please reach out to us directly and we can put you in contact. 

If you are interested in having coffee that you already own sent to us to be decaffeinated and returned, our minimum production quantity starts around 10,000 lbs, and increases by increments of 25 bags (based on a 60kg bag size.) You can read more about our tolling program here.  

We are happy to send samples of our coffees to professional (non-hobby/home) roasters. Please browse our wide selection of offerings and fill out the form pertaining to the coffee you’d like a sample of.

For Partners

We’d love that — the Swiss Water® Process logo on your bag tells your customers exactly how their decaf was made. To use our free digital resources, we ask that you’re registered on our Partner Portal and have a Trademark License Agreement (TMLA) on file. If you haven’t done that yet, it’s three steps.

  1. Register on our Partner Portal
  2. Receive and sign the TMLA
  3. Get our countersigned agreement back, and your partner access is on

Registering creates your account. You sign in with your email address and a six-digit code we email you — no password, nothing to remember. Please register with the same email address you use on your TMLA.

Give us a few days to confirm your purchasing chain. Once that’s done, our resources are yours: digital logo files, stickers, brew guides, process info cards and more, all free of charge.

Then, to add our logo to your design, consult our Logo Usage Guidelines and send your artwork to marketing@swisswater.com for approval. We’ll review it within two business days and, once approved, you’re ready to print. We can’t wait to see it.

Go to the Partner Portal sign-in page and enter the email address on your account.

We’ll email you a six-digit code. Type it in and you’re in — no password, nothing to remember.

Each code works once, so we’ll send you a fresh one the next time you sign in.

Nothing — and nothing you need to do. Our store no longer uses passwords at all.

Signing in is your email address plus a six-digit code we send you, so there’s nothing to remember, reset or lose. One less thing to keep track of.

It’s the same account as before. Everything on it came across untouched.

First, check your junk or spam folder — the code usually arrives within a minute, and sometimes it lands there.

Next, check the address you typed. Use the email address we have on file for you; signing in with a different address opens a new, empty account instead of yours.

Still nothing? Ask for another code, or email info@swisswater.com and we’ll sort it out.

Sign in and open your Trade Profile. Your contact details, company name and address, shipping address, website, and your buying and selling information are all there — change what you need and save. That’s it.

To change the email address you sign in with, email info@swisswater.com.

You no longer need to email us to correct company details, though we’re always glad to hear from you if something looks off.

Miscellaneous

We welcome visits from current working partners whenever we can logistically accommodate. To request a tour, simply fill out this form. 

Here at Swiss Water, we focus on the decaffeination of the raw green coffee bean, and our process does not currently allow for the recapture of caffeine for resale. In turn, we are not able to provide caffeine in this way.
