The Swiss Water® Process was originally developed as the first-ever alternative to chemical decaffeination. Never using chlorinated solvents or esters is the reason we can deliver a coffee that so closely matches the characteristics of the original coffee. We are relentless in this pursuit. It’s our way of honoring the origin producer and the decaf drinker at the same time.
