Organic

Honduras Organic HG EP

Moderate body and acidity, clean and sweet—our Organic Honduras deliciously handles a range of roasts. As is common with many Honduran coffees, the lots we buy are blends from smallholder farmers and do not have regional specificity.

Mexico Organic HG EP

Typica, Caturra, and Bourbon predominate the varieties showcased here, primarily sourced from Chiapas and Veracruz. This is a floral, citrusy, happy coffee. As is common with many Mexican coffees, these lots are blends from smallholder farmers and do not have regional specificity.

Peru Organic Grade 1

This fully organic offering has a comforting cup profile with deep flavor with moderate acidity, with cocoa aroma and almond in the finish. Our Peruvian coffees have traceability to their cooperatives and come primarily from goups in Cajamarca, like organizations such as JUMARP and Cenfrocafe..We are able to offer this coffee with either Fairtrade and Fair Trade USA certifications.

Conventional

Brazil 2/3

Brazilians consume a fantastic amount of coffee—close to 20 million bags a year and growing— second only to the US. We select coffees based on the cup profile—nutty, mild, and sweet with a rich body. This offering is solid on its own and also versatile in blends, as an espresso component, or for flavoring. The lots we buy do not have regional specificity and are available in either 14/16 or 17/18 screen sizes.

Colombia Excelso EP

The list of registered coffee exporters in Colombia numbers well over 300. We’ve narrowed our partners down to a select group of very experienced, quality-focused shippers who understand what we expect, and they deliver! Our Colombian offerings shoot for a good body, balanced acidity, and a sweet, rich finish with notes of walnut and caramel. As is common with Colombian coffees, the lots we buy are blends of smallholder farmers and do not have regional specificity. This coffee is available in either Excelso or Supremo screen sizes.

Ethiopia Sidamo Grade 4 (Natural)

Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee cultivation, home to myriad landrace varieties and plenty of coffee legend. This origin is known for two radically different flavor profiles: vivid natural coffees, with their berries, chocolate, and fresh bread notes. Our Ethiopia Sidamo Grade 4 (natural process) hits the classic Ethiopian natural profile—no one forgets their first Ethiopian natural!

Swiss Water® Espresso Blend

When refining our classic espresso profile, we had in mind to take its classic notes of chocolate and spice base and invite in a fresh, sweet, fruit-forward approach. Our new Espresso Blend pairs a nutty, caramel-sweet washed Latin American coffee with a beautifully fruity natural process coffee from Ethiopia's Sidamo region. We find it to be perfectly balanced and suitable for any espresso-based beverage.
