Introducing the Swiss Water Video Education Series

Do you have questions about decaf? Have you always secretly wanted them answered by experts—by people who live, drink, and breathe decaf? Whether you're on the coffee drinker side of the equation—a coffee lover who comes to decaf through the sheer love of coffee, but doesn't want the caffeine—or the from the side of those who roast or sell coffee—we understand both sides of the coin. In fact, one of the most rewarding things about working at Swiss Water is being able to share our expertise with all members of the coffee community, from business to consumer to the newly decaf-curious.

There's a lot of misinformation and confusion out there about what decaffeinated coffee really is—or what it has the potential to be! As a company focused on removing caffeine in a clean and healthy manner, leaving the most essential nuances of each coffee intact without any added chemicals, we also respect and value the critical importance that roasting and brewing have to the end process. After all, we're only one step in a very long and important chain going all the way back to the coffee farm.

We're thrilled to introduce a new series of short educational videos that help explain some of the basics about our philosophy of great-tasting, chemical-free decaf coffee, how best to bring out its flavors in roasting and brewing, and how our process all really works. Whether you're a little coffee geek or a big one, we're pretty sure you'll enjoy them. Watch this space all month as we bring you the full series of videos. Here's our first, titled "Decaf is Coffee". We hope you enjoy it!

P.S. If you're in the coffee industry, sign up for our Education and Support Program today for more detailed information about our coffee and how we work with roaster partners and other members of the coffee community.
