Workshop Summary 

Foundations of Coffee is the introduction to all of the Pathways and builds a vocabulary that will serve each subsequent class in any chosen course of study. Lectures touching on varied subjects that impact coffee such as agronomy, earth sciences, economics, and sociology will bring to life the seed to cup journey as students explore steps along the global supply chain.

To complete your Foundations of Coffee Pathway, you will need to complete *CP103 Customer Service Essentials. This is available as e-learning classes. Visit SCAA for upcoming classes.
