Roaster: Coava Coffee Roasters
The Capucas Community has fought hard for their reputation for quality. This coffee comes specifically from the COCAFCAL cooperative. Located near the Mayan ruins, on the western side of Honduras, the land was originally used for growing tobacco. It was repurposed for coffee until the 1950’s. Since that time they have led the way in modernization for the sake of consistency.
