Roaster: Onyx Coffee Lab
Onyx Coffee Lab is dedicated to sourcing quality coffee and they put just as much love into their decaf as every other coffee they offer. This offering comes from Swiss Water’s very special Small Batch Series of coffees, which features hyper seasonal, highly traceable, and really tasty coffees. The Shantawene mill was established to specifically receive and process organic coffees from farmers either side of the Bombe Mountains in the Sidama Zone of Ethiopia, and has become the central location for unique and separated processing experiments and drying strategies in this region. We’re thrilled to see the results of this unique coffee in the good hands of the award-winning roasting team at Onyx Coffee Lab.
