Robert Weibe has been in the food and beverage industry all of his working life. Beginning with a summer job as a Filler Operator in a vegetable processing plant, he has since worked as a Production Supervisor, Process Control Analyst, Commodity Buyer and Production Planner. When he’s not in the office, Robert enjoys playing guitar, bass and mandolin, downhill skiing, scuba diving and kayaking. While he is not a coffee addict, he does enjoy at least one cup every day. Being a master scuba dive trainer, one of his bucket list items is to dive the Great Barrier Reef.
