A Diverse Selection of Decaf Coffee

We take pride in offering our own diverse selection of premium 100% chemical free Swiss Water® Process decaffeinated coffee, available exclusively through brokers and wholesale roasters. Our coffees range from well-developed, aromatic Costa Ricans to deep, syrupy Sumatra Mandhelings. We also have a number of organic, Fair Trade and Rainforest Alliance offerings, including Mexico and Peru. Our green coffee buyer regularly monitors the origins from which our coffees are sourced, making regular visits. We are always looking for new origins and blends and we are selective in order to offer only the best decaffeinated green coffees.

Ethiopia Washed Sidamo

  • from the birthplace of coffee, this floral cup has the signature tea-like mouthfeel and a hint of spice in the finish

ASIA

Indonesia Sumatra Mandheling
Grade 1

  • rich & earthy with deep, syrupy body and herbal notes
  • darker roasting brings out bittersweet chocolate
  • grown in the Aceh & Lintong regions of northern Sumatra

CENTRAL AMERICA

Costa Rica SHB EP

  • balanced body and acidity
  • sweet and smooth, a blend of Tarrazu and Central Valley coffee

Guatemala SHB EP

  • sweet and clean cup
  • good body and citrusy acidity
  • grown in Fraijanes and Mataquescuintla

SOUTH AMERICA

Brazil Strictly Soft Fine Cup

  • mild and sweet with a subtle nuttiness
  • versatile in blends, as an espresso component, and for flavoring

Colombia Excelso La Encantadora

  • this coffee comes from farms in southern Antioquia near the Cauca border, grown at elevations of 1350-1600 meters. Farm-dried parchment coffee is taken to a new micro-mill in the town of Jardin. The coffee is prepared to our specifications and is shipped promptly upon our approval of the milled sample, ensuring fresh coffee with none of the detrimental effects often caused by prolonged exposure to high temperatures and humidity in coffee-growing countries. The end result is a cup with good body, balanced acidity, and a rich, sweet, lingering finish

FTO Cascadia™ Blend

  • ethically-sourced, certified organic coffees from the most reputable cooperatives in Latin America, Indonesia and Ethiopia are blended to produce a big-bodied, sweet cup. Used as an espresso, our FTO Cascadia™ exhibits a treacle-like mouthfeel and performs just as well as a straight shot as it does in a large latte.
