Our 100% chemical free, organically certified decaffeination process enables you to maintain the original characteristics of your premium green coffee and produce great tasting, full-flavored decaf.

Superior Quality Standards

We decaffeinate green coffee to 97% caffeine removed - the US guideline - which is based on the required amount of caffeine to be removed from the green coffee bean. As such, we also meet the International Standard, 99.9% caffeine free.

Standard pre- and post- process cupping and product evaluation. Importantly, product monitoring and controls to ensure your coffee is your coffee.

Organic and Kosher Certification

The SWISS WATER® Process is certified organic by the OCIA in accordance with standards developed by the NOP. It is also Kosher certified by the Orthodox Rabbinical Council of British Columbia.

Management of Customs Documents

For the arrival of your coffee into Canada, all you have to do is fax your prepared Canadian customs invoice to our broker, and they will take care of the rest. We will prepare all customs documents for the return of your coffee to the mainland US If needed, assistance can be provided if coffee is arriving from country of origin. An independent third party weigh-master is on site to manage your incoming shipments. A certified weight certificate will be faxed to you once the coffee has arrived at our plant.

Blending Capability

Our state of the art blending capabilities enable us to pre-blend coffees to your formula, if desired.

Guaranteed Shrinkage Allowance

Decaffeination orders 12,700 lbs and above have a 5% weight loss guarantee, while smaller orders have a 6.5% weight loss guarantee. Weight loss does not include loss resulting from changes in moisture between incoming and outgoing green. If, during decaffeination, we exceed these weight loss levels, we will reimburse you for the cost of the green beans over the guaranteed allowance at the fair market value of the green coffee.

Attractive Minimum Toll

We have a 7,710 lb. minimum requirement for each decaffeination order. There is no maximum to the amount of coffee we can decaffeinate.

Freight to and from our facility is the responsibility of the customer, but we can assist in arranging the freight for coffee arriving from the mainland US if needed.

We also have available a Modified Toll Program, details available upon request.
