Product Offerings


We take pride in offering our own diverse selection of premium 100% chemical free SWISS WATER® decaffeinated coffee, available exclusively through brokers and wholesale roasters.  Our offerings range from well-developed, aromatic Costa Ricans to deep, syrupy Sumatra Mandhelings.  We offer both Organic and Fair Trade Certified coffees, including Quadra-Seal™ Organic Cascadia™ named for being Organic, Fair Trade Certified, Shade Grown, and decaffeinated using our 100% chemical free SWISS WATER® Process.  Diana Chan, our Green Coffee Buyer, is constantly keeping an eye on the origins from which they are produced, ensuring that we only decaffeinate the best offerings.

Brazil 2/3 MTGB
-       grown 2200-3600 ft above sea level.
-      full bodied, smooth, with mild, sweet flavour lacking sharpness or bite
Colombia Excelso EP

-       grown 2400-5700 ft above sea level.
-      consistent, deep body, full character

-      smooth and sweet with slight caramel flavour note and pleasant acidity
Colombia Supremo EP
(scr. 17/18)
-       same as Excelso, but larger beans.
-      smoother cup than Excelso, characteristically mellow
Costa Rica SHB EP
-       grown 3600-4500 ft above sea level, mainly in the Central Valley.
-      well-developed with complex aromatics and perfect balance of acidity and body
Ethiopian Sidamo Grade 2
-       grown 5500 ft above sea level.
-      sparkles with floral notes, lively flavour with hint of spiciness
Guatemala SHB EP
-       grown 4500-5500 ft above sea level, susceptible to drought conditions.
-      crisp, bright citric notes differentiate this origin from out Costa Rican
Indonesia Sumatra Mandheling Grade 1
-       grown in Aceh and Medan, in Northern Sumatra, which experiences monsoon conditions.
-      deep, syrupy body with clean, full flavour
Indonesia Java Estate PTP
-       grown in regions with distinct dry and rainy seasons.
-      clean with mellow flavour and resonant, creamy body
Kenya AA
-       grown 4500-600 ft above sea level, susceptible to drought conditions.
-      aromatic punch with exceptional brightness for rich, wine-like cup with a hint of currants, all enveloped in a balanced, medium bodied coffee
Rwanda Grade A
Nkora Select
-       grown 5400-6000 ft above sea level, in Gisenyi
-       floral with bright citrus notes
Premium Espresso Blend
-       contains origins selected for premium blending characteristics in order to achieve balance, depth and liveliness at an espresso roast.
-      bold aroma and flavour with great creamy body

-      just enough acidity to provide a balance of sparkle and sweetness in a long, powerful but elegant finish.

-      versatile to use as a house blend

Mexico Udepom Chiapas Fair Trade
-       environmental diversity with mountains and valleys containing  soils full calcium and limestone
-       clean, sweet, with a pistacchio character, medium body and medium acidity

-       blend of La Florida and Andes Gold
-       medium body, medium acidity with a chocolate aroma
Peru Andes Gold Shade Grown
-       from slopes of Andes in Northern Peru, grown 4000-6500 ft above sea level
-       medium body, smooth, slightly sweet
Peru EP SHB Chanchamayo La Florida SMBC Fair Trade 
-       grown in Andes Mountains in Central Peru; jungle within distance from Amazon forest
-       excellent aroma and good body, with a sound sweet cup

-       includes Asian, Central, and South American origins selected for consistent quality
